This project provides 200 MW of clean energy and consists of 119 GE 1.68 MW wind turbines. Our work included 24 miles of access roads, 119 turbine foundations, turbine erection, underground collection and substation.

Solar Star I and II

Mortenson is building the foundations, trackers, civil site work and general site management for Solar Star I & II. This 597 MWac project is currently the largest PV solar project in the world and, when complete, will generate enough power to over 77,000 households.

Repair and Maintenance

A long-term customer called on the Support Services for Operations and Maintenance group to repair damaged blades, remove tower sections for repair, and replace a generator after a severe ice storm caused damage to a North Dakota wind project.
