Jim Yowan
Vice President & General Manager

Jim sets the strategy and directs all facets of the Seattle office’s efforts including preconstruction, construction and business development activities, as well as P&L responsibilities. He is the vice president of the DBIA’s Northwest Region and a board member of Enterprise Seattle.

The many projects Jim has been involved with include the Providence Everett Medical Center Nursing Tower in Everett, WA; the Microsoft Block C, Building 96 & 97 facility in Redmond, WA; and the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles.

John Nowoj
Vice President of Group Operations

John’s duties include oversight and management of all project operations such as preconstruction and construction activities, estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor relationships.

The many projects which John has been involved with include the Elliott Grand Hyatt Seattle and Convention Center Expansion in Seattle, the University of Washington - Bothell/Cascadia Community College in Bothell, WA; and the Washington State Legislative Building Seismic Upgrade and Rehab in Olympia, WA.

Michael Harder
General Manager, Healthcare

Michael’s duties include developing and leading the implementation of the office’s strategy to become the builder of choice for healthcare facility owners in the Seattle area. He has earned LEED AP accreditation, helps develop the company’s Career Learning and Development Program, and coaches T-ball in his free time.

Rodger Benson
Director of Project Development

Rodger’s responsibilities include leading the positioning activities of the group, building and nurturing strategic relationships and managing marketing, public relations, proposals/presentations, branding/advertising activities. 

He is past chairman for the Washington State Project Review Committee and the NAIOP’s Community Enhancement Committee, and is a member of the Boy Scouts’ Troop Committee and the Washington State Workforce Development Council Advisory Panel.
