Mortenson Selected for Ramsey County Correctional Facility Renovation Expansion

Minneapolis, MN - Mortenson's Minneapolis office and BWBR Architects were recently selected as the design-build team for the Ramsey County Correctional Facility Renovation Expansion in Maplewood, Minnesota. The $17 million project includes major renovation of the MEP systems, minor interior renovation, and a 120-bed expansion for men and women inmates.
This project builds upon our team’s success with the Ramsey County Public Works and Sheriff Patrol Station project completed in 2004.
The project is estimated to begin in January 2007.
