This project, the SFG Compound Expansion, marks our return to expand the same facilities that Mortenson built more than 20 years ago.

Mortenson's Federal Group has partnered with the design firm The Benham Companies, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for this design-build project. The SFG Compound Expansion primarily consists of additions and renovations to four existing facilities, totaling 57,622 SF, almost doubling their current square footage.
