Mortenson Selected for Poudre Valley Health System Renovation Project

Denver, CO - Mortenson's Denver office has been selected by Poudre Valley Health System as CM/GC for their latest renovation project at the Lemay campus in Fort Collins, Colorado. Poudre Valley is a repeat customer for whom Mortenson has previously completed projects at two of their campus locations. Previous projects include a MOB, special care nursery and birthing center, and a major surgical addition.
PVHS’s latest project is designed by Davis Partnership Architects (Denver, Colorado), and includes remodeling the emergency department, a remodel and expansion of surgical services, anesthesia and operating rooms and building a new, 400-car parking structure with a retail component. The $18.7 million dollar project is phase one of Poudre Valley’s Master Plan Development. Construction will begin in January 2007 with completion expected in April 2008.
