Mortenson Selected to Build Four-Star Tulalip Hotel

Seattle, WA - Mortenson's Seattle office is pleased to announce their selection for the $120 million Tulalip Hotel and Resort Expansion, encompassing a total of 437,153 SF. The project will be an addition to the existing Mortenson-built casino, which opened in 2003 to great fanfare and continues to be an extremely successful venture for the Tulalip Tribes. Mortenson is partnering on this expansion with Ruhl Parr Architects.

The project is a new 12-story, 387-room luxury hotel and a 54,300 SF expansion of the existing casino, including new convention and banquet space. TThe Tribes’ vision for the project is a high-end hotel of four-star caliber that will be a popular local destination resort for Puget Sound area residents and travelers alike.
