Everett Community College Chooses Mortenson For Second Campus Project

Seattle, WA - Everett Community College and Washington State Department of General Administration have selected Mortenson's Seattle office as the GC/CM for a new Undergraduate Education Center at Everett Community College. The project is very early in the design process and has a construction budget of approximately $26 million. The new facility will house transfer programs and support continuing ECC partnerships with four-year institutions. It will add approximately 30 instructional classrooms and other much needed instructional support space.
The Center will be built just a matter of yards from the Arts & Sciences Building our Seattle team is currently completing on campus. Construction is scheduled to start in the summer of 2007 and will complete December 2008.
