Mortenson Selected for Seattle University's New Library Expansion

Seattle, WA - Mortenson's Seattle office recently announced their selection by Seattle University as their builder for their Lemieux Library Expansion project. Mortenson was among eight firms competing for the project.
Seattle University is a Jesuit institution established in 1891 and enjoys a campus of 30 buildings on a fifty-four acre site near downtown Seattle. Seattle University is one of the most prestigious private Universities in Washington State. The schedule of the project has not been confirmed and will cost between $35-40 million. Carlson Architects and Pfeiffer Partners are the architects on the project.
