Mortenson Seattle "Making a Difference" for Providence Everett Medical Center

Seattle, WA - Mortenson's Seattle office is pleased to announce that Providence Everett Medical Center has awarded Mortenson a 5-year master contract to perform small project construction services on their Colby, Pacific, Mill Creek and Broadway Campuses. The construction values and scope of individual projects within the program will vary, but are expected to be up to a maximum amount of $1 million.  Projects include Administrative tenant improvements, Cardiac Evaluation Unit demolition and reconstruction, structural upgrades, Emergency Room improvements, and other miscellaneous renovations and repairs.

This is Providence Everett's third selection of Mortenson as their construction partner in the past three years. Mortenson recently completed their new $62 million Cancer Center and is currently building a 1000 car parking structure to make way for a new Patient Tower. Mortenson is providing preconstruction for the upcoming $498 million Patient Tower project which will break ground in the summer of 2008.
