Mortenson Returns to Denver Health for MOB Project

Mortenson's Denver office was selected to be the design-builder for Denver Health's new Medical Office Building. The 67,000-square-foot MOB will be four stories, located at 7th Avenue and Delaware Street, and programmed for the following uses:
General office space for managed care
Enrollment and other DHHA administrative departments
Dialysis clinic Outpatient and inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit.
The $20.9 million project will begin construction in August 2009 and complete in September 2010. Heery International will serve as the architect.
