Mortenson Selected to Build Phoenix Data Center

Phoenix, AZ - The Phoenix Office is excited to announce their selection as the Design-Builder for the John C. Lincoln Health Network NSSC Data Center project. The Design-Build team members are Mortenson Construction, Corgan Associates, Meade Engineering and Energy Systems Design.
The project is involves renovation of an existing 12,000 SF data center, which John C. Lincoln purchased to convert into a 4,000 SF data center, to meet their current and future needs, with the remainder to be utilized for other purposes. The value of the project is estimated to fall between $6 and $10 million with programming to start in mid-June.
