Mortenson Wins Renovation Project at University of Chicago

Chicago, IL — Mortenson was recently selected to provide construction management services for the Administration Building Renovations at The University of Chicago. Mortenson was selected because we listened when the customer told us what they wanted and we cenered our presentation around a tailored approach, especially with regard to VDC and the University's extensive Economic Impact Program.

The 15,000 square-foot renovation will include an overhaul of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and will occur adjacent to occupied spaces, including the president’s office.

This $3.3 million project began December 1, 2010.
