Thrivent Financial Chooses Mortenson for Facility Renovation

Minneapolis, MN - Mortenson has been selected to provide construction management services to the Thrivent Financial for Lutherans dining facility at their Minneapolis corporate headquarters. The facility, built by Mortenson over 25 years agon, has undergone minimal upgrades since the original construction.

The scope of the project includes renovation of the servery, dining center, private dining rooms / conference rooms, restrooms and adjacent corridor totaling approximately 18,000 square feet. The project budget is set at $2,700,000. The design team is from BWBR, and the $2.7 million project is currently in preconstruction. It is expected to begin in the spring of 2012.
