Paul Campbell

Paul joined Mortenson in 1974 and currently serves as senior vice president of administration. He is a member of Mortenson’s senior leadership team, with responsibility for Mortenson business services, including risk management, information technology and systems, legal, procurement, equipment and supply management, equipment facilities and labor relations. In addition to his responsibility for leadership of business services, he provides many of the duties of general counsel and serves on numerous internal operational, administrative and governance committees. 

Paul founded the Mortenson Center for Construction Innovation, which established strategic direction for the company for the next decade, and led the creation of Mortenson's Zero Injury program. He currently represents Mortenson on the board of advisors of the Construction Industry Institute, a consortium including the largest construction owners, contractors and designers in North America, with the purpose of improving the construction industry through member-funded research.
