Mortenson has a successful track record of completing design-build development projects with an integrated delivery approach. We focus on listening to our customer’s vision and communicating these expectations throughout the design and construction process. We provide feedback on costs and constructability throughout design, encouraging dialogue. Our process is working well. In the last decade, we’ve received more than ten design-build awards from the Design-Build Institute of America.
