KFC Yum! Center and Parking Garage

We're thrilled to be building the new Downtown Louisville Arena! When we're done, it'll be a rockin' 717,000 square feet of high-tech, high-energy space that will seat more than 22,000 people. It willl be home to the University of Louisville Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams, plus it'll be able to host a wide variety of other events including wrestling, swimming and volleyball, as well as concerts, circus, wrestling, boxing and ice shows.

The arena will also have a large plaza outside that can be used for additional events. The arena is being built on a "brownfield" site, which is land that used to be used for industrial or commercial reasons, and has been cleaned up and revitalized for a new purpose.
