The Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center project celebrated another construction milestone on December 29, 2016. The 714,000-square-foot facility poured its first concrete slab on metal deck. The team poured approximately 80 cubic yards of concrete and will continue pouring concrete through summer 2017.

“We have about 18,000 cubic yards of concrete that will be poured in the arena as a whole including the foundations,” Corey Waclawski, project manager said.

The Center is scheduled to be complete in time for the start of the 2018-2019 NBA season. This milestone follows the installation of the first steel columns and beams onsite.
