What does a modern redevelopment look like?
The Prairie Gateway project is a 917-acre redevelopment of the former Rocky Mountain Arsenal site. The site includes a new soccer stadium and practice grounds, a civic center, and numerous retail and mixed-use projects. Mortenson was selected to redevelop the site infrastructure, which included road widening, site utility installation, earthwork, and landscaping.
