As Director of Asset Management for the development group, Laura is responsible for national portfolio management and performance reporting for a diverse private equity commercial real estate portfolio. Laura’s management extends across a variety of property types, including hospitality, industrial, medical, multi-family and office. Key responsibilities include creating strategies to maximize asset values that exceed industry benchmarks and providing leadership and oversight of financial, capital, operations and administrative aspects of the operating portfolio and owned-asset pipeline.

Laura earned her BBA in real estate and environmental studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is a member of ULI.
