Seth joined Mortenson as an intern and has steadily earned promotions to field engineer, project engineer, senior quality manager and his current role as construction executive. Seth’s depth of wind, solar and civil construction expertise and management skills make him a vital leader on every project team. He exhibits solid customer relationships through providing customers with a great construction experience. Seth is accountable for tasks during both the design and construction phases of the project. His responsibilities include preparation of budget estimates, value engineering, systems cost analysis, scheduling of design and construction activities, subcontract procurement, negotiation and award, and project administration as well as the effective management of cost, schedule, quality, safety, community relations and project close-out.
