Bob Hansen
Vice President, General Manager

Bob sets the strategy and directs all facets of the Denver office including preconstruction, construction and business development activities. He is a member of the Denver Metro EDC, an ABC board member, a past member of Rust International, and is active in various church activities.

The many projects Bob has been involved with include the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus Research II in Aurora, CO; the Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, CO; and the Denver Health Pavilion for Women and Children in Denver, CO.

Dale Heter
Vice President, Operations

Dale is responsible for executive oversight of all construction and field operations, and the accounting and scheduling departments. He is a board member of the ABC’s Rocky Mountain Chapter, a board member of the finance council at Blessed John XXIII Church, and is active in the Boy Scouts of America.

The many projects Dale has been involved with include the Denver Art Museum Frederic C. Hamilton Building in Denver; the Cherry Creek North Redevelopment Phase III JW Marriott Hotel in Denver; and the Whiteman Air Force Base Maintenance Docks and Airfield Paving effort in Knob Noster, MO.

Maja Rosenquist
Vice President, Project Development

Maja serves as vice president overseeing healthcare construction and project development in our Denver office. She is responsible for work acquisition and setting the right strategies for our projects, principal in charge oversight of existing projects, and relationship management. She has earned LEED AP accreditation, is a member of ASHE and AHA, is involved with numerous hospital foundations and is a board member of the YMCA, Lutheran Medical Center Foundation, Aurora Economic Development Council, LoDo District Board.

The many projects Maja has been involved with include the Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Co; Exempla Lutheran North Pavilion in Wheat Ridge, CO; St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka, IN; the Kaiser Geary Campus Expansion in San Francisco, CA; and the Denver Health Pavilion for Women and Children in Denver.

John Pole
Field Operations Manager

John has 35 years of construction experience, and serves as field operations manager, providing direct oversight, organization, and coordination of field construction activities and ensures that construction is completed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. He also ensures work is completed safely and monitors quality workmanship by all trades and team members.

Some of the many projects John has been involved with include Coors Field and the Pepsi Center Arena, Park Place Lofts in downtown Denver, and the Stapleton Redevelopment project.

Clay Benson
Director of Preconstruction

Clay serves as director of preconstruction and his responsibilities includes overseeing preparation of budget estimates, value engineering, systems cost analysis, scheduling of both design and construction activities, subcontract negotiation and award, project administration, scheduling and cost control. He is LEED-Accredited Professional, holds a DBIA Certificate of Designation, is 2011 Board Chair of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Colorado chapter, and is a member of NAIOP and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Some of the projects that Clay has been involved with include the Broadmoor Development – Brownstones in Colorado Springs, CO; and numerous projects at the Army base in Fort Carson, Colorado including the 4th Infantry Division BCT-H Company Operations and Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities, the Wilderness IBCT Complex Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility and the Engineering and Division Headquarters Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility.
