Milwaukee

Our outstanding safety record did not happen by chance; it is a derivation of our hard work and commitment to employees. Our Zero Injury policy, which is reinforced daily throughout the organization states that “All employees are obligated to conduct their work in a safe manner, to stop work immediately to correct any unsafe condition that is encountered, and to take corrective action so that work may proceed in a safe manner."

The purpose of the policy is to establish programs and procedures that will eliminate accidents and injuries on our projects and in our office. As safety leaders, we encourage others, lead by example, and take personal responsibility for safety. Click on the profiles below to learn more about our team members and why they work safe. During Safety Week, we take the time to refocus and remind our team members of our safety culture.
