I am guided by the principle of “we before me,” paying tribute to Mort Mortenson by always putting the needs of others in front of my own. This has been ingrained in the Mortenson culture, long before I arrived here right out of college. When we make our decisions about the success of others, we contribute to the greater good of our coworkers, customers, family, and community.
PERSONAL PASSIONS
I am extremely proud of my daughters. As the father of two incredible young women, and having collaborated with many talented women in this industry, ensuring equitable access to opportunities is of utmost importance to me. I seek diverse perspectives and look to motivate others, with the goal of sparking innovative ideas that will improve both Mortenson and our customers’ businesses.
