With 36 years of industry experience, leading design phase, Ron's collaboration with our project teams and customers is critical to setting your project up for success. Throughout his tenure, Ron has led the design phase of more than $1B worth of work - on some of the firm's most challenging and notable projects throughout the Southwest and Mountain regions including American Family Fields of Phoenix for the Milwaukee Brewers, Northern Arizona University's Science and Health Building, the Hyatt Place / Hyatt House hotel located in Arizona State University's Novus Innovation Corridor and most recently the The Beam on Farmer in Tempe, Arizona. 

As director of design phase, he is passionate about building relationships with his team and his customers, with the ability to solve complex challenges. His early engagement on a project allows our team to develop innovative solutions, and ensures we are executing upon our customers' vision. Ron's expertise and depth of experience positions Mortenson as a partner who can deliver certainty to our customers earlier in the build process.
