Customers and team members acknowledge our commitment to safety. Regardless of domestic or international site locations, or the number or sophistication of subcontractors, we are committed to performing with Zero Injuries.

Your project receives its own site-specific safety plan. Each project site presents different construction risks and challenges, which is why we take a number of steps to proactively prevent injuries.

We encourage team member empowerment through actively caring. We support the Mortenson Safety Leadership Team MSLT, which consists of team members from a variety of positions within the company, all of whom contribute to leading our zero injuries program.
