This project included the design and construction of a new four-story multipurpose facility and the interior redesign and renovation of a portion of an existing two-story building. Primary project features include a Network Operations Center (NOC), Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Auditorium, Administrative Offices, Conference Rooms, Classrooms, Training Rooms, Dormitory Rooms, Secure Telecommunications, Fitness Room, Weight Training Room, Media Center, Kitchen, and Dining Rooms. The project also included the demolition of existing buildings, as well as site utilities and improvements, including retaining walls, walkways, landscaping, ADA-compliant parking spaces, fuel storage, and rainwater recycling facilities.
