The Big Picture:
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator at our solar project. This position does require a valid driver's license and at least 1 year experience on some or all ofthe heavy equipment listed below. Other certifications may be required depending on the needs of the project. Safety is the first priority on our sites, so you must be able to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations. A high attention to detail and ability to focus on the task at hand is necessary.

What will you be doing?
•Operating the following equipment based on the requirements of the project:
•Follow prescribed safety regulations
•Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
•Perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
•Observe equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
•Follow work plans and pre-task cards
•Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
•All other duties as assigned
