SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a marketing specialist to add to our Sports + Entertainment group. This role supports a cross-functional sales and marketing team and requires a well-rounded skill set in marketing communications, with an emphasis in graphic design. A partner to marketing leadership, this role is focused on technical and visual excellence and maintaining brand standards. This role is responsible for elevating the positioning of our services and equipping the business development team to successfully interact with targeted customers, providing effective communications for each step of the customer journey.
Sports construction is a fast-paced, deadline driven industry. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, a self-starter mentality, and a high degree of adaptability. The base pay range for this role is hourly $27.93 to $37.69. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
