Mortenson is renovating Denver Water's 35-acre campus in downtown Denver. The property serves as Denver Water's main campus, housing its administration and operations buildings.
The project includes building 11 new structures (10 buildings and a parking garage) and renovating the historic Three Stone Buildings. The campus will also feature an integrated sustainable approach that aims to set the standard for urban water management. The project is pursuing LEED certification. Demolition and excavation began in January 2016 and the project is scheduled for completion in 2019.
