Lasalle Plaza
Lasalle Plaza / MinneapolisMN
What is the most distinguished building constructed in the Minneapolis skyline?
Distinguished by Minnesota stone and silver reflective glass facade, LaSalle Plaza is the highlight of a major downtown block building project. The development combines a 28-story, 903,000 square foot leasable office tower together with the renovation of the existing Walker Building, the historic State Theater, and the YMCA Tower. These individual building elements are integrated and connected by a new 90,000 square foot retail and arcade area along with a 340-stall below-grade parking facility. The project is linked to the City of Minneapolis parking, business and entertainment facilities by two sky bridges. A new 7-story YMCA health club facility was constructed by Mortenson in conjunction with the project.
