The North Loop Office Building project is located off North 5th Avenue and North 3rd Street, as an addition to the historic Internet Exchange Building that fronts Washington Avenue N., It will feature ground-floor retail/restaurant space, a rooftop deck, and eight levels of parking. Previously, the building site was a surface parking lot.
The design of the project reflects the historical integrity of the 20th Century Warehouse District, featuring high arched windows to maximize daylight and complement adjacent buildings in the nearby community. The project design also will create a modern office experience with open office opportunities.
