We are excited to announce the Phoenix Business Journal recently ranked Mortenson as #19 on a list among the Valley’s largest Phoenix-area Largest Commercial Building Contractors.

Mortenson began offering services in Phoenix in 2000 and has since contributed to many notable projects that have supported the development of the greater Southwest. With exceptional people at our core, we have the expertise and experience to solve any problem, big or small, that might arise in the development and construction process.

A few of our major, current projects include:

In Spring of 2020, we broke ground on the 238-key, 111,885 square foot Hyatt Place Phoenix Downtown at 2nd Street and Adams. The project is estimated to be complete in Fall 2021.

We are also currently nearing completion of the 156,611 square foot Hyatt Place / Hyatt House Tempe Downtown, located in Arizona State University’s Novus Innovation Corridor. The urban hotel is set to open this summer.

Also underway in Tempe, we are completing the 6 year, multi-phased renovation and improvements project for the SRP Project Administration Building.
