Building the hospital of the future requires a team of stakeholders that are committed to a common vision.  Since late 2016, Mortenson and HGA have been leading an integrated team to design and build the Aurora Medical Center Sheboygan County. Both teams have been significantly involved with other stakeholders, including Advocate Aurora Health leadership and systemwide facilities management. Meetings and planning have been centered around the project goals including innovation around smart patient rooms, energy savings, intelligent facilities workflow management, and energy conservation.
