Excerpt from the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal:
For the past two decades, Sanchayita Ray has excelled in developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives for businesses around the globe, but it wasn't always a smooth path.
In her first corporate role after earning an electrical engineering degree, she was told that a customer-facing position wasn't a good choice for a woman, but she persisted, proving she could create and execute transformational strategies across multiple industries.
She brings that experience to her current role as strategy and market development director for Golden Valley-based real estate developer M.A. Mortenson Co., where she is focused on meaningful ways for the company to enable customer success.
