For the fourth year in a row, Mortenson’s Milwaukee office has been named a Best Place to Work by the Milwaukee Business Journal. Mortenson is one of 44 companies in southeastern Wisconsin to be recognized among the Best Places to Work, and one of 10 companies recognized in the large category.

Companies were scored on several facets of their work culture including teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with coworkers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leadership, feeling valued, job satisfaction, and benefits. The scoring process, based on surveyed employees, proved the Best Places to Work provide stimulating work environments that keep their team members engaged and fulfilled.
