Ken Roseth Joins Mortenson Construction As Senior Business Development Manager

Mortenson Construction has hired Ken Roseth as senior business development manager for its North Dakota operations. A long-time North Dakota resident and North Dakota State University graduate, Roseth will be responsible for developing business and growing relationships for Mortenson across the state.

Prior to joining Mortenson Construction, Roseth held senior leadership positions in facilities management, including senior director of corporate services and facilities at Noridian Mutual Insurance Company/Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota and vice president of support services and facilities management at Innovis Health (now Essentia Health) in Fargo.  Prior to that he was senior project manager at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio.

Roseth began his construction management career with McCarthy Construction working in Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Northern VA, Washington, D.C., and Ohio. Among his construction career highlights are construction of Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo and multiple healthcare construction and expansion projects throughout the country including medical office buildings, emergency rooms, operating rooms, critical care units, intensive care units and parking facilities.

Roseth received his bachelor’s degree in construction management from North Dakota State University and his master’s of business administration from the University of Mary in Bismarck.
