Construction Executive Kelly Mansell was selected by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree. The award recognizes high-achieving young business leaders in the Twin Cities region, based on their professional accomplishments, community contributions and demonstrated leadership.

Past recipients include former Governor Tim Pawlenty, Minnesota Twins President Dave St. Peter, Lund Food Holdings CEO Tres Lund, and Punch Pizza founder John Puckett.
