The 26-story, 283-unit apartment tower features an outdoor theater, private work suites, makers room, six levels of heated parking, and unobstructed views. Rafter reflects the Northeast Minneapolis culture through the murals, paintings, and photography created by local artists. And each of the 60 unit floor plans are named after the skilled craftworkers that had a hand in building the project.
