This major dorm renovation consisted of 70,000 SF of demolition and the installation of all-new finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems to Jones and Barry Halls at the Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. One of the unique aspects of the project was the installation of a new geothermal heating loop that provides heating/cooling year-round.
