A warm and welcoming anchor to the Iowa River Landing.

In 2019, over 88,000 square feet of the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Conference Center was modernized to maintain brand standards established by Marriott. Renovations were made to the grand ballroom, junior ballroom, exhibition space, meeting rooms, and common spaces. Interior finishes and mechanical and electrical systems were also upgraded.

The upscale hotel was originally built by Mortenson in 2006 to anchor the Iowa River Landing district, which is nestled along the Iowa River and includes a mix of brewpubs, wine dives, boutiques, hotels, museums, condos, and public trails and parks.
