The Transamerica Office Renovation is an investment in the company's south campus as it consolidates operations. The plans include interior demolition and renovation of the 160,000-square-foot former HIBU facility, which is currently vacant. The renovation adds 109 new hard walls, glass front offices, adding new glass fronts on 41 existing offices, and 10 new bathrooms.
