The project includes the demolition of an existing six-level bed wing and a 92,000 square foot addition and renovation.
Project highlights include:

- 4 new operating rooms, PACU area, pre/post-op area, staff locker rooms, and surgery waiting room
- A new hospital entrance with a three-level atrium, a 40-foot tall water feature, waiting room, exam area, infusion bays, pain center,   coffee/snack kiosk, and renovated dining room
- State of the art diabetes center, four large conference rooms, and staff offices
- 8 labor/delivery rooms, a C-section operating room, 5 post-partum rooms
- The exterior consists of architectural precast panels, metal panels, composite panels, and curtainwall
