Mortenson provided construction management services for the 31,000-square-foot, three-story hotel wing expansion to Inn on Woodlake in Kohler, WI. The project includes four two-bedroom suites, six four-bedroom suites, and ten single rooms. The expansion will be AAA 3 Diamond rated or better.
