Lowell Stevens Football Facility  / TucsonAZ
What does it take to build a stadium virtually and eliminate all construction problems?
The new Lowell-Stevens Football Facility is an extensive addition and renovation that connects the east and west concourses on the north side of Arizona Stadium and is the new home for football operations. Features include 5,000 upgraded seats and an exclusive indoor club with 600 outdoor seats. Club highlights include loge seating, flat-screen monitors, comfortable chairs, and access to a climate controlled hospitality area, including a full kitchen and bar. New concessions and restrooms are located on the fourth level, and ADA access was provided from the existing stadium. Significant planning and coordination were required as this project was situated on an active campus, surrounded by dormitories, laboratory space, and the library. Phasing and shift work was required to ensure that the 2012 football season was not interrupted.
