This recreation center renovation and expansion project for the City of Lynnwood is widely supported by the Lynnwood community. The recreation center's 30-year-old facilities gain 16,000 SF of new space that includes a new leisure pool with water slides and a lazy river plus renovated racquetball court spaces and an expanded weight room. It received LEED silver certification.
