This project is a 302-room, 15-story Residence Inn by Marriott hotel at 924 Howell Street. Colorado developer Stonebridge selected Mortenson for the project earlier this year. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2017.

Located adjacent to the planned Washington State Convention Center expansion, the hotel will include three levels of below-grade parking with 115 stalls, as well as a fitness center and 7,000 square-foot conference center. Each room will include kitchenettes and work areas for extended-stay travelers. Plans also call for a lobby bar. About 1,300 square feet of retail space will be incorporated on the first level facing Howell Street.
