The project scope included the design and construction of a 71,079 SF aircraft maintenance hangar/warehouse building. The project scope also included a 1,600 SF hazardous storage building, a 3,000 SF vehicle holding building, and the conversion of an existing 4,206 SF hangar bay to a motor vehicle work bay. The project also included the demolition of an existing building and site/civil work, including parking, vehicle access, pedestrian circulation, AT/FP compliant features, and stormwater pollution prevention management. The project is designed to be AT/FP-compliant and achieve USGBC LEED Silver certification.
