San Francisco-based Stanford Hotels is making its way to South Lake Union beginning early 2018. With over 50,000 employees in the South Lake Union neighborhood and 5,000 employees in the building 16’ away from the project, this hotel has been designed and programmed with urban millennials in mind. The Stanford Marriott Hotel will consist of 15 stories, 267 guestrooms, a rooftop solarium, and a bar with a full-service restaurant and bar located in the lobby. Construction is set to begin in early 2018.
