As Vice President of Real Estate Development, George leads all development opportunities in Arizona. As part of the leadership team in each geographic region, George positions Mortenson as a firm that can provide comprehensive turnkey solutions including site identification, tenant procurement, financial feasibility, debt and equity financing, government entitlements, design and construction oversight, leasing and asset disposition for our customers through a variety of markets and across all product types.
George serves as a strong advocate for Mortenson's services throughout the communities we serve. As a team member with the company since 1997, George has developed and managed multiple project types across the western United States, Hawaii, Guam and Tokyo, Japan. George is actively involved with numerous industry organizations and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
