Mortenson constructed Microsoft’s 550,000 SF West Campus Development. This development includes the construction of two office buildings, in addition to new intersections, roads, and utilities. The scope of these projects includes developer space, general offices, cafeterias, conference spaces, collaboration areas and general circulation and support spaces. Studio B was built to LEED® Silver standards, and Studio A qualifies for, although did not seek, LEED Silver Certification.
